1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store by consumers and businesses. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

3. Products and availability
All product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor deviations in color or appearance may occur. Product availability is subject to change at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and payments
All prices are in CHF and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are added during checkout. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers such as PayPal or credit card gateways.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver to Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Liechtenstein. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the estimated delivery time is a maximum of 14 business days.
Only items marked as "in stock" or "available" can be ordered. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g., postal services, customs).
6. Customs and import duties
For deliveries to countries outside Switzerland (e.g., EU countries), import duties, taxes, and fees may be levied by the destination country. These costs are NOT included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Right of withdrawal / returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. This applies to all standard products. 8. Warranty
We offer a 3-year warranty on all framed artworks and prints. The warranty covers:
- Fading or color loss (under normal indoor conditions, excluding direct sunlight or humidity)
- Warping or detachment of print from frame
- Frame defects (cracking, joint failure)
- Glass defects (for glass-protected formats, excluding breakage due to mishandling)
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper hanging or physical impact
- Exposure to moisture, extreme heat, or direct sunlight
- Wear from improper cleaning methods
If you notice any defect covered by warranty, please notify us via email within the warranty period. Include photos and your order number.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright and may not be used without prior written permission. We hereby expressly declare that we own the full copyrights to the distributed objects and that no third parties assert any claims to the objects presented on the website.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Altstätten SG, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
11. Final provisions
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remainder shall remain unaffected.\ We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication.
