About us

Marc’s originally from Germany, Benjamin’s from Austria with Albanian roots, and today we both live in Widnau, in the beautiful Rhine Valley of Switzerland. We grew up differently, but we’re wired the same way: we love clean design, honest materials, and things with character.

Funny thing is, we didn’t even start with prints. Our original plan? Sound. We wanted to build high-end speaker systems and smart audio environments – a blend of tech, design, and pure atmosphere. But sound needs research, and research needs funding. So we asked ourselves: What can we build now that gets us closer to that dream – and still reflects our values? Nachtklang was our answer.

So here we are, creating visuals that speak. We wanted to create walls that don’t feel empty. No mass production, no generic stock – just art that makes you stop and say: That’s me.

And the best part? We print everything ourselves. Every single artwork is produced in-house using premium pigment technology. The only thing we don’t make ourselves (yet) are the frames – those are sourced from trusted partners in Germany. Even our packaging is made in Switzerland. We’re also working on launching our own line of high-end artificial plants from Germany — made to last and built with the same care as everything else we do.

We test paper, tweak the blacks until they’re deep enough, and frame everything in FSC-certified wood. Every piece we ship is something we’d proudly hang on our own walls.

What matters to us is feeling. No hype trends, no overstyled noise – just honest visuals that carry mood and presence. And that’s what you’ll find in every one of our collections.

And we’re just getting started: soon we’ll add acoustic panels, artificial plants, and small interior pieces – all in the same clean, thoughtful style.

We don’t do this because it’s easy – we do it because we believe spaces can do more. And because it’s a joy to build something we love and share it with others who get it.
